Mobility at the Capital’s edge.
Waterloo Atrium is accessed by road, using the Brussels ring, Exit 27.

Brussels City Centre can be reached by bus, road or train network within 25 minutes, while the future RER (Rapid Rail - Braine L’Alleud) service, which is in advanced stages of planning aims to reduce that time by half. International Eurostar services to the UK and France, and regular Thalys or TGV trains connecting to Germany and Holland, can be accessed from Brussels Midi Station (30 mins). 

For travel further afield, Brussels Zaventem International Airport is easily accessed in 15 minutes by the Brussels Ring - Brussels South Airport (Charleroi) can be reached in 45 minutes.

  • The installed air-conditioning system ensures an ambient temperature of 5°C below exterior air temperature during summer months ;
  • GTC for the management of HVAC air-conditioning.

  • All parking floors are automatically ventilated at a variable rate dependent on the number of parked vehicles or250m³/h/vehicle.

Lighting
